The Mainichi Publishing Culture Award is a literary and cultural award sponsored by Mainichi Shimbun (special cooperation: Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd.) targeting outstanding publications. Established in 1947. Winners are announced every November, and the award ceremony is held in Tokyo.
