読む絵画のような物語
１つめの「奇術師の家」と、最後の「秋の棺」が圧巻です。 音のない世界に音楽を聴くような、 文字の世界に色鮮やかな絵を見るような、 奥深い煌めきの物語です。 文学的、というのかも。 コミックを読むほどにはかんたんではないかもしれません。 初めて読んだ時は20代だったような気がするのですが、 何度かくり返して読んでみて、 意味を考えた文章がありました。 醜さも哀しみも淋しさも寒さも、春を待っている冬のようなところがあるお話です。 この著者の他の物語も読みたいのですが、 なかなか手に入りません。 いつか読む日が楽しみです。
