浅田次郎の新撰組三部作 「壬生義士伝」「輪違屋糸里」「一藤斉夢録」 を読んで、新撰組やその時代の歴史に 興味を持ち その流れで、この本を読みました 浅田次郎の作品で描写されてた志士たちが 短編にも登場してたので 別の角度から、その人物伝が読めたので 楽しく読むことができました。 新撰組に興味を持った方には オススメかなと思います！

血風録ならぬ颯爽録
殺伐とした時代と、それに翻弄される人々の運命を現代ふうの独特の語りで描いて、著者の歴史小説の中で最も面白かった。 題名はじめ司馬遼太郎『新選組血風録』を意識したと思しいが、あちらは全15篇の大作なのに対しこちらは6篇しかないので、ぜひ続編を期待したい。

『叡古教授』の作者ということで、ちょっぴり期待したのですが、残念ながら 裏切られました。中途半端で、ありきたりな新選組ものでした。
