齋木喜美子(さいき きみこ) 1961年沖縄県志川市に生まれる(旧姓・新星)。1985年琉球大学教育学部小学校教員養成課程卒業。1987年神戸大学大学院教育学研究科修士課程修了。小学校教諭を経て聖和大学大学院教育学研究科博士後期課程に入学し、鳥越信教授に師事。甲子園短期大学、神戸大学等の非常勤講師を経て、現在、中京女子大学人文学部児童学科准教授。(著者略歴は刊行当時のものです)
