福島 泰樹（ふくしま・やすき） 1943年3月、東京市下谷區に最後の東京市民として生まれる。 早稲田大学文学部卒。 1969年秋、歌集『バリケード・1966年2月』でデビュー、「短歌絶叫コンサート」を創出、朗読ブームの火付け役を果たす。 以後、世界の各地で朗読。全国1500ステージをこなす。 単行歌集29冊の他、『福島泰樹歌集』（国文社）、『福島泰樹全歌集』（河出書房新社）、『定価 中也断唱』（思潮社）、評論集『追憶の風景』（昌文社）、DVD『福島泰樹短歌絶叫コンサート総集編/遙かなる友へ』（クエスト）、CD『短歌絶叫 遙かなる朋へ』（人間社）など著作多数。 毎月10日、東京吉祥寺「曼荼羅」での月例短歌絶叫コンサートも31年目を迎えた。
