Seikan is a haiku collection presented in Japanese and Chinese by Dong Zhenhua. Bringing in the expanse of the Yellow River and images of animals and plants, it gives condensed poetic form to historical awareness and a concern for peace, including references to Du Fu and the phrase 'no war.' It was published by Furansudo in June 2024.

1972年生まれ、中国北京出身。 北京第二外国語大学日本語学科卒業後、中日友好協会に就職。同協会理事、中国漢俳学会副秘書長等を歴任。早稲田大学国際関係学修士、東京農業大学農業経済学博士。 1996年慶應義塾大学留学中、金子兜太について俳句を学び始める。 句集に『揺籃』『年軽的足跡』『出雲驛站』『聊楽』等。訳書に『金子兜太俳句選譯』『黒田杏子俳句選譯』『特魯克島的夏天』『中国的地震予報』(合訳)等。 編著書に『語りたい兜太 伝えたい兜太─ 13人の証言』、『兜太を語る─ 海程15人と共 に』等。 現在、「聊楽句会」代表、「海原」同人。現代俳句協会評議員、日本中国文化交流協会会員。
