鷗外の甍 (かりん叢書)
"Ogai-mori" is a sequence of twenty tanka in which a poet connected with a library associated with Mori Ogai brings together a place that preserves history and his own daily life. Between his scholarly work and the act of writing verse, the poems reveal a quiet awareness of inheriting the words of those who came before.

A twenty-poem tanka sequence first published in Tanka Kenkyu in 2023. Included in Shuichi Sakai's thirteenth collection, Ogai no Iraka, it follows a gaze directed toward the Ogai Library while tracing learning, literature, and the bodily experience of living in the present.

1978年、「かりん」入会と同時に作歌開始。 歌集『塗中騒騒』、『望楼の春』（迢空賞）等１２冊。 現在、「かりん」編集人。現代歌人協会副理事長。 東京大学副学長・附属図書館長・未来ビジョン研究センター特任教授。 2024年、第60回短歌研究賞受賞。
