The first Grand Prize work of the Ogawa Mimei Literary Award, founded to mark thirty years since Ogawa Mimei's death. Written by Shoko Hama with illustrations by Yuta Takada, it was published by NTT Publishing as the first volume in the Ogawa Mimei Literary Award Grand Prize collection. From a boy's viewpoint, it depicts how the presence of someone gone can remain in places and objects and be passed to the next generation.
