桜の季節に桜色（？）のこの本を、小さな声で
日本語の現代詩の世界はほとんど知らないのですが、本年度の「高見順賞」作品だそうです。読んでみました。ていねいに書かれた、いい詩集だと思いました。ごくふつうの生活の中の、あやうい情感の浮き沈みが、小さく、いくえにもおりたたまれた声で、つぶやかれてゆきます。「ちいさいひと」と呼ばれる子供（娘さんでしょうか？）との関係が（というより関係の中で見いだされる自分への距離を置いた視線が）とりわけ胸に残ります。１編だけ引用させてください。「未明 突然起きあがって／こどもが「おみず！」と叫ぶ。／巣のような暗がりのなか／コップを持たせてやると／だいじにだいじに飲む。闇のなかに信頼のてのひらはある――。／こどもはいつも「わたしたち」と歌う。／遠く 砂丘のほうで／小さな水のひかりは燃えている。」短いけれど、まぎれもない傑作です。こうして十年単位で少しずつ詩集を制作してゆくって、なんだかいいなあ。それは絵を描く人も、植木や花を作る人も、みんなやってることなのかもしれませんけれども。
