私も経験者なので人ごとでなく、いっきに読みました。
面白かったなどと表現すれば語弊がありますが、私も経験者なのでいっきに読みました。ただ惜しむらくは、著者は経験されなかったので書いておられないのだと思いますが、モラハラ行為には「洗脳」効果があり、モラハラから逃れた後でも不安や動揺が続きます。つまり「支配」が無くなった状態の下では、自分の考えや行動を決められなくなっているのです。著者はこの点については語られなかったように感じます。
