新聞でしりました
学生時代は詩ばかり追いかけていたのですが久しぶりに詩集を購入。

2012.5.19 没 御年97歳での大往生
関西詩壇の最長老格で2012年3月には現代詩人賞を本作で受賞された矢先だった由。 遺作と言えるのだろう。今は昔、「詩のこころ 美のかたち」という新書で出逢って以来 自身の審美眼や文章に対する姿勢で種々影響を受けた気がしているので非常に残念でかつ 時代の変遷を感じずにはいられない。この月曜日の朝には世紀の天体ｼｮｰが見られる予定 だが、故人を悼んでか生憎の空模様になりそうだ。心よりご冥福をお祈りしたい。

杉山平一の詩のファンですが、初期のころの作品のほうが好きです。
