小松左京全集完全版11 ｢終わりなき負債｣を読んで おく必要に迫られ､同作が入 ったｹｲﾌﾞﾝ社文庫｢機械の花 嫁｣を探すも見つからない。 てんで、図書館から見つけ てきた。｢お茶漬の味｣｢地に は平和を｣表題作二題を始め 、著者の最初期作に触れる こともデキるとあって勇ん で読み始めた。…んですが 。同人誌時代に書き散らし たとおぼしき数編｢裏切り｣｢ 慈悲｣｢最初の悔恨｣｢溶け行 くもの｣｢失敗｣の半端なきﾎﾞ ﾘｭｰﾑと､ムワっとまとわりつ くような"若書き"感に圧倒 されてしまいました。作品 全体を支配する、閉塞感に 焦燥、そして絶望。敗戦後 の混乱期の中で足掻く著者 の心情の吐露をこれでもか これでもかこれでもかこれ でもか──と、突き付けら れ何度読み飛ばそうと思っ たことか？しかし、それと 同時に後のSＦに幾度も描 き出されるﾃﾞｨｽﾄﾋﾟｱをも想 起させ、読みとバスのも憚 られ読み通した時には、ぐ ったり😣💦💦💦数日間本 を開くのも億劫に。
