Gothique
Ce recueil de nouvelles contient des merveilles, et du remplissage. La nouvelle de Charlaine Harris n'est pas la meilleure du roman, elle a des défauts de construction étonnant chez une auteur d'un tel talent. Par contre, le choix de nouvelles que Mme Harris a effectué est absolument fantastique! J'ai apprécié toutes les nouvelles, sauf une, et adoré plusieurs d'entre elles. Les auteurs revisitent à leur manière les grands classiques de l'horreur, dans le cadre d'une intrigue policière : personnage invisible apparaissant sur des photos, de plus en plus près...brrr. Maison hantée, fantôme prévenant d'un danger, tout y est. Et davantage. Rien de transcendant, mais si l'on aime à la fois les romans policiers, le surnaturel, et les nouvelles, c'est un festin.

Good book overall
I got the book for the Charlaine Harris story from Sookie Stackhouse’s world, which was worth the price I paid alone. However, (and I'm not finished reading it so I can't give a fully informed answer, but I'm past the middle ), the rest of the book is quite good. It's all supernatural-themed, and there have only been two stories so far that couldn't catch my interest. One of them was pirate-themed, so it wasn't the writing, I just can't get into pirate stories. Overall, a good collection of stories, but if you’re buying just for the Sookie Stackhouse story, it is well worth it

The book is great a page turner couldn't put it down, the characters are exciting and fresh. On to the next book.

Crimes by Moonlight
So many interesting short stories, some I wish were full length novels as they left me wanting more of that story. Very intriguing you can't help but want more. Thankfully we have author names and the knowledge of how to find more stories by them. If you like variety I highly recommend this book!
