豆知識
- Formed the 'Stage Space Creation Group' in 1968.
- Founded Ishinha in 1970 and served as its leader thereafter.
- Opened the rehearsal/theatre space 'Kabeshinjuku' in Sakai, Osaka in 1981.
- First overseas performance was in 2000 (Adelaide, Australia); subsequently toured Europe, South America and Oceania.
- Won the Osaka Prefecture Stage Arts Prize in 1999 for 'Suigai' and the Asahi Performing Arts Award in 2002 for 'Kankara'.
