An open call award for children's literature sponsored by Asahi Student Newspaper, publisher of Asahi Shogakusei Newspaper and Asahi Junior/Senior High School Student Newspaper. Targets children's literature novels for upper elementary school students and accepts a wide range of genres. Suspended after the 11th edition (2020).
