Description
Commemorating the 40th anniversary after Ishida Hakyo's death, this is a newcomer prize targeting sets of 20 haiku by haiku poets aged 30 or younger, held since 2009 as part of the "Ishida Hakyo Haiku Contest" organized by Kiyose City, Tokyo. Winning works are published in Kadokawa Gakugei Publishing's "Haiku" magazine.
