Time Inside a Tree is a poetry collection for young readers, pairing poems by Yoshio Iijima with artwork by the children of Nemu no Ki Gakuen. Looking at familiar things such as trees, insects, flowers, the moon, and animals, it sings of time and the truths of the world in language accessible to children.

A poetry collection for young readers that listens to trees and living things while attending to a child's sense of time.
