Publicly solicited newcomer literary award hosted by Poplar Publishing, accepting unpublished full-length entertainment novels regardless of genre. Equivalent to 200–500 sheets of 400-character manuscript paper; handwritten manuscripts not accepted. Selection conducted by the editorial department. Winner receives a commemorative item as the main prize and ¥2 million as a special prize, and the winning work is published by Poplar Publishing.
