Description

Open submission literary award established in 2011 to coincide with the launch of Shueisha Mirai Bunko's children's bunko label. Grand Prize works are published by Mirai Bunko. Rounds 1-5: Grand Prize 500,000 yen, Honorable Mention 200,000 yen. From round 6 onward: Grand Prize 1,000,000 yen, Honorable Mention 500,000 yen. Rounds 1-7 held once a year; from round 8 onward, twice a year. Submission period: December 1 every year to January 31 of the following year (9th round only: end of July deadline). Announcement: official website on July 5 every year, and August issue of the same year in "Seishun to Dokusho" magazine.
