The Japan Traditional Haiku Association publishes all thirty poems under Ryoichi Nukui's name as the winning work of its thirty-sixth award. The later third collection Zanei lists Kaka Zanei in its table of contents; the Kadokawa Culture Promotion Foundation identifies the book as a 184-page volume with ISBN 9784048846844.

言葉では言い尽くせない言葉
日常の見落としてしまうほどの些細な場面を切り取りとった17音は、 自分があの時見た景色と記憶を呼び起こす。 あるいは、これから見るだろう景色は、この句の記憶を手繰り寄せるかもしれない。 そして「残影」というタイトルに引き戻される。 ずっと手元に置いて、何度も読み返したくなる句集に出会えたことに感謝
