あ、あの姫川玲子が・・・
誉田哲也作品ではおなじみの、姫川玲子警部補がなんと殉職しているという設定がちょっとショックでした（思い出話として出てきます。） 内容的には結構面白かったです。スイスイ読めたし。お勧めです。

「妖の華――あやかしのはな――」何と難しい言葉、歴史小説かなとも思いました。女吸血鬼・紅鈴の活躍を描く娯楽小説で、真夏の東京を舞台にミステリー＆アクションがスリリングに展開されます。次々と明かされる事実ににワクワク（ゾクゾク）しながら最後まで一気に読み進んでしまいます。警察の内面も詳しく描写されています。また不思議と建物、建材、建具などのディテールがリアルに描写されている点も見所の一つかも。
