ハルシネーション
Hallucination is a poetry collection that considers the boundary between reality and fiction, memory and generation, in an age when generative AI and deepfakes have entered everyday life. Familiar scenes of dusk, snow, and urban sounds meet language suggestive of code and prompts, exploring how we relate to the world amid unstable perception.
作品情報
Moving between generated images and tangible daily life, these poems ask anew what gives the world before us its shape.
Published by Shichigatsudo in 2024, this is Kotoriko Kusama's third poetry collection. Bringing together the term hallucination as AI-generated false information with its sense of vision or illusion, it contains forty-one poems that examine an age in which reality can appear fictional and fiction can appear real. It received the 75th H Prize.
レビュー要約
-
Readers have approached the collection as a work that brings together the act of writing poetry and the feeling of living through an uncertain present. Its treatment of technological illusion is noted for connecting the subject to a lived sense of time and landscape.
