Description
Established in 1993 at the proposal of Sasazawa Seihō. Sponsored by Kyushu Electric Power, Saga Bank, Misawa Homes Saga, and Saga Shimbun; supported by Saga Prefecture and Saga City. From the 10th edition onward, the Grand Prize is awarded as the Sasazawa Seihō Prize with 1 million yen prize money.
