西遊記研究の入門書
西遊記の研究書を読もうと思ったら、まず中野美代子氏のこの著書が入門書といえよう。 研究書といっても、この著書は比較的堅苦しくなく純粋に楽しんで読める。西遊記という作品全体を把握する上でも非常に参考になるし何より面白い。 中国のみならず、アジア・ヨーロッパに渡って民話における「サル」の扱いと西遊記におけるサルの関連性を解きほぐしながら、中野氏独特の解釈で、民話における「サル」という存在を解説していく。 諸星大二郎だとか、星野宣之の「宗像教授伝奇考」とか好きな人は絶対に読んでみると面白い。お奨め。
