農業改革論のインフラを築いた論文集
ＴＰＰ参加を巡って、再び、農業改革論争が起きている。しかし、いまマスコミ論壇をにぎわしている議論は、じつは３０年前からあまり進歩していない。本書は３０年前に刊行されたものであるが、その内容は今でも生きており、新鮮である。農政改革論だけではなく、農業そのものについての分析や見方があるのがいい。
