Description

Sponsored by the Akai Tori no Kai, founded in memory of Suzuki Miekichi, with Komine Shoten serving as the secretariat. Targets children's literature works published from January 1 to December 31 of the previous year. Established in 1971, it ended with the 40th edition in 2010.
