Tenjōge
Tenjōge is Nomura Toshiro’s eighth haiku collection. Written after the deaths of his mentor Mizuhara Shūōshi and his wife, and after leaving the haiku magazine Asebi, it turns a close gaze on private life into lyrical haiku. It received the 19th Dakotsu Prize in 1985.
A haiku collection that deepens lyricism through loss and everyday life.
