Description
The Oguma Hideo Award is a national open-call poetry literary award established in Asahikawa City in 1968 to honor the achievements of poet Oguma Hideo. It is sponsored by the Oguma Hideo Award Citizens' Executive Committee and Asahikawa City, soliciting new poetry works every year.
