上から目線であるが
やや上から目線であるが、技術と国の関係について問題提起している諸説のまとまり。 エリートの人たちが読むとよい本であるが、 エリートの人たちは，中身ではなく、誰が言っているかで合意するだけなので、 東京大学の教授が言えば，そうだというのではないだろうか。 無邪気で危険なエリートたちを、かならずしも目覚めさせないところが 本書の限界のような気もする。
