Description

Established in 2000 based on a proposal from the Shimanami Kaido 99 International Haiku Convention in 1999. Selected through recommendations from the selection committee and coordinating committee; held 4 times from 2000 to 2008. Suspended after 2009 due to financial difficulties in Ehime Prefecture.
