The Contemporary Tanka Grand Award is a Japanese tanka award sponsored by the Association of Contemporary Poets. It honors the most outstanding work among tanka collections and songbooks published during the one-year period from October of the previous year to September of the current year. The winning work receives a certificate and a prize of 300,000 yen.
